"How long can I expect to wait for my order?"

 

• All of the jewelry featured on the site is made to order. Please allow at least 3 - 5 business days for orders to be made and processed, and 3 business days for shipping. For custom pieces, please allow at least 7 business days for order processing. 

 

"I didn't receive my order. Can you help me?"

 

• All orders are sent tracking information to the email address provided the day of shipping. Also, I will ONLY use both the email and physical shipping address provided. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure this address is accurate & up to date. No refunds will be given for packages sent to the incorrect address per the buyer.

"I live in the local Milwaukee area and I was wondering if you had an option to pick up jewelry instead of mail delivery?"

• Absolutely! If you would like to pick up your order, you may do so at The Bronzeville Collective MKE. Please note that the Collective is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays, which can affect your pickup time for local orders.

 

"I would like a refund. What is your refund policy?"

 

• You may request a refund up to three (3) days after purchase. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. There are NO refunds for custom jewelry (this includes specially wrapped stones, Greek jewelry and pieces requested via private messages). Please note that Papyrus & Charms will not cover the cost of return shipping. 

 

"What is the inspiration for your jewelry? I noticed a lot of symbols."

 

• Everything I create has some cultural or spiritual relevance. I believe the things we adorn ourselves with can have a profound affect on how we view ourselves. You will notice a lot of West African Adinkra symbols, Ankhs, and also color patterns matching the Pan-African and Jamaican flags.

"My crystal crown or bracelet doesn't look exactly like what I saw in the photo!"

• Please keep in mind when you are purchasing unique items such as crystals, no two stones are ever the same! This includes beads as well! I try to source all of my materials from other local small businesses, and sometimes it's simply impossible to replicate the same color or pattern in some crystals. This is especially true for crystals with striated (striped) patterns like Amethyst or Brecciated Red Jasper. I will always try to recreate what you see in the photos as best I can, but the fun part of my Charms is that they will be made uniquely and especially for you! I hope you enjoy them! 

 

"I see that some of the items say 'made in Jamaica,' How does that work?"

 

• I partner with my father in Jamaica for some of the pieces you see on the site. He also completely hand makes each piece, and sends them to me! Please note that shipping from Jamaica is a long process, so I ask for your patience during the 7 business day shipping period. Thank you!
